Let us all now work for Christ, our blessed Lord,

Vamos todos trabalhar para o Senhor Jesus,

He will guide us on the way, to the harvest field abroad;

Nosso guia Ele é, para o campo nos conduz,

We must always ready be, for His coming soon shall be.

Prontos nós devemos 'star, pois Jesus não vai tardar.

We shall rise to heaven above, our eternal home to see.

Subiremos para o céu, onde vamos habitar.

Joined together in His love, with our Savior, Christ above,

Reunidos em amor, com Jesus, o Salvador,

Let us always keep in mind every promise of the Lord:

Vamos sempre nos lembrar das palavras do Senhor:

"I will never leave you lone, to My Father I have gone,

“Orfãos não vos deixarei, mas ao Pai, Eu rogarei,

He will send the Comforter from His everlasting throne."

Dar-vos o Consolador, que do céu enviarei”

To His disciples He declared, after He had risen again:

Aos discípulos ordenou, logo após ressuscitar:

"Go and preach the Gospel now unto every tribe of men;

O Evangelho de amor, ide a todos, sim, pregar,

He who shall believe shall live, mighty signs to him I'll give;

O que crê se salvará, e sinais receberá,

Through the Spirit sent from God, new tongues they shall receive."

Pelo Espírito de Deus, novas línguas falará”.

This blest seal of love was sent by Jesus from above;

Este selo de amor foi mandado por Jesus,

Filled the upper room with power, heavenly light and holy love.

O cenác’lo todo encheu de poder do céu, de luz,

Deeply moved, the Jews believed in the great and holy King;

Compungidos, os judeus, creram no Rei divinal;

They received the Lord by faith through the Spirit's witnessing.
