The warriors are preparing
For the great battle;
Jesus is the Captain
Who will lead them on.
The army of the redeemed
Marches undefiled,
Certain
That victory will be won!
I want to be with Christ
Wherever the battle is fought;
In the unexpected conflict,
May I be found
On the front line.
Until I see Him in glory,
Rejoicing in the victory,
Where God
Will crown me!
Behold the armies of Christ
Marching onward!
Do you not see
With what courage
They fight against evil?
Can you remain asleep,
Still hesitating,
While others
Fight against Belial?
Hurry,
Do not hesitate!
Today God is calling you
To come and fight
At the Lord's side.
Enter the battle
Where the fire burns hottest,
And fight
Against the evil tempter!
The battle is fierce,
The conflict grows intense,
But there are few soldiers
To fight.
Oh, come and set free
The oppressed souls,
Whom the furious enemy
Seeks to devour!
