We shall rejoice in Thy presence,

O resurrected Lamb!

Sweetly, yes, draw us near Thee,

To hear what shall be given us.

O send us Thy Word

Ó nos manda Tua Palavra

Through Thy Holy Spirit,

Pelo Teu Espírito Santo,

Who kindles a fire within the heart,

Que no peito um fogo lavra,

And also dries our tears;

Que enxuga também o pranto;

Our Father, we beseech Thee,

Nosso Pai, nós Te suplicamos

Give new life to Thy Church;

Nova vida pra Tua Igreja;

O delay not, for we desire

Ó não tardes, pois desejamos

That Thou shouldst see purity in us.

Que pureza em nós Tu vejas.

Bless, O holy God,

Abençoa, ó Deus Santo,

Thy servants throughout the world;

Os Teus servos em todo o mundo;

Bless our singing

Abençoa o nosso canto

And give life to the dying;

E dá vida aos moribundos;

Bless the little lambs,

Abençoa aos cordeirinhos,

The families of Thy beloved,

A família dos Teus amados,

Like a bird that in its nest

Como ave, que no seu ninho.

Keeps its young safely sheltered.
