Ó Pai celeste no nome santo

Of Your beloved Son, Jesus,

Do Teu amado Filho Jesus,

Our grateful song is offered to You,

Grato Te sela o nosso canto,

Which Your flock reverently brings;

Que reverente Tua grei produz;

O God, preside over Your united people,

Ó Deus, preside Teu povo unido,

With Your grace and with Your power;

Com Tua graça e com Teu poder,

Having received the Holy Spirit,

No Santo Espírito já recebido,

We desire to live here in Him.

Divine Rock, our steadfast strength,

Rocha divina, nossa firmeza,

Grant us grace, grant us power;

Dá-nos a graça, dá-nos poder;

You are the fortress of Your servants,

És dos Teus servos a fortaleza,

Where, sheltered, they have no fear;

Onde, abrigados, não têm pavor;

Always pour out showers of blessings

In abundance from the highest heavens;

Our soul, like the deer, longs

For You in a great drought, O good God!
