A Palavra de Deus é para mim

A treasure beyond compare.

Um tesouro sem igual em valor!

It speaks of the love of God,

Fala do amor de Deus, do amor que não tem fim;

The love that has no end;

Mais precioso do que ouro é este amor!

This love is more precious

Than gold!

A Palavra de Deus é doce, mais que o mel,

O que a toma pela fé há de ser fiel,

The Word of God is sweeter than honey;

Porque Deus nos concedeu o Emanuel,

Whoever receives it by faith

Rocha viva donde mana leite e mel.

Will remain faithful,

For God has given us Emmanuel,

Luz que guia pela senda da paz,

The living Rock

E alumia os que em trevas estão;

From whom flow milk and honey.

Lâmpada que nos faz ver os ardis de Satanás,

E que brilha mesmo na escuridão.
