It is my home, heaven, the heaven of light;

Free from the flesh, the veil, I shall see Jesus;

Livre da carne, o véu, verei Jesus;

Oh! How happy I shall be beside the Lord,

Oh! Que feliz serei ao fado do Senhor,

Praising my King, the Savior!

Louvando ao meu Rei, o Salvador!

It is my home, heaven, the heaven of light;

For me He suffered, like a condemned man, my Jesus;

Por mim sofreu, qual réu, o meu Jesus:

Oh! How happy I shall be in the kingdom of love,

Oh! Que feliz serei no reino de amor,

For I shall always rejoice with my Lord!

Pois sempre gozarei, com meu Senhor!
