The Spirit and the Bride say:
“Come, drink of the water of life”;
What a voice of love from the Savior
To a lost soul!
The Spirit says: Come! The Bride says: Come!
And freely drink of the water of life.
The Spirit says: Come! The Bride says: Come!
And freely drink of the water of life.
And let the one who hears say: Come!
And speak of the peace received,
For he has received and already drunk
Of the water that gave him life.
O thirsty sinner, come!
To the fountain of pure waters!
Come and satisfy your thirst, come without delay,
O unhappy soul!
If you are willing, come today!
To Christ, O thirsty soul;
You will drink, you will be satisfied
With the wonderful water!
