Breve no céu, Jesus há de aparecer

Em gloriosa luz; todos O hão de ver

In glorious light;

Naquele dia, então, eu hei de receber

Everyone will see Him.

De Cristo galardão; oh! que prazer!

Breve verei o bom Jesus,

My reward

E viverei em plena luz;

From Christ.

No lindo céu eu gozarei…

De toda a dor, por Deus, livre serei.

Soon I will see

Na vinda do Senhor irei eu receber,

Do Seu eterno amor, repouso e prazer,

E da celeste luz de Jeová!

In beautiful heaven

I shall rejoice…

Na vinda do Senhor desfrutarei prazer,

From every sorrow,

Quando meu Salvador em glória aparecer;

God will set me free.

Eis que Ele breve vem, os santos levará

Para a mansão de além, donde virá!

At the coming

Of the Lord,

Rest and joy

From His eternal love.

My good Jesus

Has already spoken to me

About this,

And about

Jehovah's heavenly light.

I shall rejoice

When my Savior

Appears in glory.

Behold, He is coming soon,

He will take His saints

To the heavenly home,

From where He will come.
