Come, little shepherds, come and adore

Chegai, pastorzinhos, chegai p’ra adorar

The King of the universe, born in Bethlehem.

O Rei do universo, que nasce em Belém,

Yes, we can offer Him precious gifts:

Sim, ricos presentes podemos Lhe dar.

Our faith, our love, our very lives.

A fé o amor, nossa vida também.

A humble shelter gave Him a place;

Um rústico teto abrigo Lhe dá;

A manger His home, a stable His hall.

Por casa um presépio, por templo um portal;

Upon a bed of straw He now lies,

Num leito de palhas deitado está,

The One who gave the stars their heavenly light.

Quem deu às estrelas a luz celestial.

Following the star that came to announce Him,

Seguindo uma estrela que veio O anunciar,

The wise men from the East followed His way.

Os magos do Oriente atrás dEle, vão:

Before the King of Judah they bowed,

E diante se prostram do Rei de Judá,

Offering incense, gold, and myrrh.

De incenso, ouro e mirra, tributo Lhe dão.

Oh! Glory, Hallelujah, the redeemed proclaim,

Oh! Glória, Aleluia, os salvos Te dão,

The angels also sing their hosannas.

Hosanas os anjos, entoam também.

Praise the Messiah, who brought forgiveness,
