Soon you shall reap the harvest;

Whether you are weak or old,

Quer fracos vós sejais, ou velhos,

Heaven will give you strength.

Do céu vigor tereis.

Those who wait upon the Lord

Os que esperam no Senhor

Shall renew their strength;

Novas forças obterão;

They shall soar like eagles,

They shall rise to the heights.

They shall run and not grow weary,

Correrão sem se cansar,

They shall walk and not faint;

Sem fatigar hão de andar;

Até no céu chegar!

How often, in the good work,

No bom trabalho, quantas vezes,

We fall short;

Estamos a falhar,

Yet in every trial

Sempre devemos nos revezes

We must trust in Christ.

Em Cristo confiar.

Jesus is by our side;

Jesus está ao nosso lado.

He will give us strength.
